I'm a big boy now!
I have been working with Wesley to take a sippy cup. He would just throw the cup down and scream! 6 sippy cups later I got the Nuby cup and he didn't like that one either until TODAY! He decided to sip on it once I did! Yes, I drank from the Nuby cup but hey it worked. Here is my big boy sipping from the big boy cup!

Wesley has two teeth on the bottom and his two front teeth are poking thru also!
Easter 2008
Today we met our parent's at our church in Osseo. It was so nice to have my parent's and Ronnie's parents there. My Grandma goes to our same church so we all were together. Wesley is just too busy now so he goes to the nursery. After church we all had coffee hour together. We spent Easter with the Youngquist family this year. Ronnie's parents made a wonderful ham dinner. Jennie brought these awesome augratin potatoes. I thought I had died and gone to heaven! I think Wesley ate more ham than Jake and Matthew put together. He LOVED the ham! He couldn't shovel it in fast enough. We had such a wonderful time. Thank-you Grandpa and Grandma Youngquist. I only took a few pictures. I am bummed I didn't get any of Ronnie and I together. I guess that is a trend now that we have Wesley it is all about him!

Happy Birthday Judi!
Yes, another birthday to celebrate! My mom had a birthday March 19th. We had my family over to celebrate the big day. My sister and her family came over and so did my grandma. We had a nice time. Since we weren't able to be together for Easter we decided to give our Easter gifts then too. I got Sydney and Tristan giftcards to Target. They both are into "money cards" lately. They both like to go to Target and walk up and down the toy isle looking for the perfect toy! Thankfully my sister has lots of patients! Wesley had lots of fun with his cousins. Sydney still has a crush on Ronnie. I have pictures to prove it. Since she was 1 she has had this adorable little crush on him. She has a picture of the two of them in her room on her dresser in a heart frame. I must say she has good taste!
Happy Birthday Wanda!
FINALLY we were all healthy and able to celebrate Ronnie's mom's birthday. We were suppose to have her party on February 9th but Ronnie, Wesley and I were sick. A few days later Ronnie's mom got really sick too. Wow, this has been a very long winter with all the crud going around. I've had 3 colds in 6 weeks! I am so happy I started a new job and that I don't have any sick time till May! Anyways, we had Ronnie's parent's and his sister's family over to celebrate Ronnie's mom 's birthday. We had a wonderful lasagna dinner. Ronnie makes the BEST lasagna! If you look closely you can see the powerball ticket on Wanda's shirt. We bought her 4 chances to win. That night the jackpot was some crazy ridiculous number like 280 million?? Unfortunately she didn't win but maybe next time? If only we could be that lucky! We all had a nice time and I think everyone left our house extremely full!

11 month's old (3/3/08)
Wesley is doing great! Each day he is doing something different. He is standing by himself now for about 30 seconds and then he falls down. He is crawling everywhere. He loves to go into the kitchen and pull to a standing position by the kitchen cupboards. He can say "Dada" and "Mama" His lateset is "Uh, oh!" it is so cute when he does that. Once in a while he will say "Hi" and he tries to say "bye bye" but it sounds like bah. Monday's I am off so we have our mommy and Wesley day. It makes such a difference to have a three day weekend (that is if I don't pick up at the hospital) Tuesday's he is with Grammy. My mom is able to watch him one day a week. Wednesday thru Friday he goes to a home daycare. It is a bit out of the way for us (Monticello) but my friend Sheri recommended her and her son Carter goes there so for piece of mind for the nervous new mom (yes, that is me) we decided it was worth the trip. Wesley is doing great there. He has lots of fun playing with the kids. Our daycare lady has a gal from ECFE come out on Friday's and the kids do a craft project and sing songs. Wesley loves music! Maybe he will be the next Tim Mcgraw? You just never know! I almost forgot to say this: Wesley is getting in two more teeth! Yes, the top front teeth are poking thru. He is already looking like a toddler. We have had a few rough nights but I think we are on the home stretch now.

Baby Hannah
My cousin Katie had a baby 2 month's ago. We had lunch with her mom Joy, my mom, Wesley and Hannah. She is adorable! She didn't make a peep the whole time. Well, I have offically decided to not take Wesley out to eat anymore. OMG what a handful even with my mom there to help! Wesley was in love with Hannah. He kept trying to stick his face in her car seat. She was smiling back at him. Is it time for a sister Wesley? UMMMMMMMMMMM, mom will answer this question: NOT YET! Still adjusting to just one child.

Cousin's
Thank God for cousins! Wesley had a blast playing with his cousin's Jake and Matthew. It is nice now that Wesley isn't a "baby" because he can crawl around and play with his cousins now. Jake and Matthew were carrying Wesley all over and he just sat there and let them do whatever they wanted with him. It was so cute!
Sleepy boy!
Wesley loves his little car. I was pushing him around and around in the kitchen and all of a sudden his eyes got very heavy and he was fast asleep! It was pretty funny to watch him slowly fall asleep!
